How much do I need to flesh the capes before salting them to send them to Advantage? I know I need to turn the lips, eyes, and ears, but do I need to remove all flesh from the face? I mean on the bottom jaw, and around the nose?

Advantage has also a new service this year. They will do all you fleshing for you for an additional charge if you want them to. All you have to do is send them the frozen hide. If you decide to do your own fleshing then you have to remove all the meat, everything. It has to be salted and dry when you ship it.
