what's turning ears mean?

What does it mean to turn a deers ears do you take the cartildge out?
also when do you do it?
do you do the same for the nose?
ps I did use the orange button but still unsure.

Turning the ears is literally that...turning the ear inside out, to expose the back of the cartilage. This is done as soon as you can, while salting and prepping. As for the button, youll get used to it after awhile, theres lots of info for ya in there. Just think of descroptive words for your search. Enjoy!

I know reading and seeing is two different things for some people. So if after looking in the archives you still have difficulty in visualizing the process, you would be money and time ahead to click on the WASCO catalog, and buy a video. There you will see exactly what you are up against, you won't make as many mistakes, as reading and trying to figure it out.
