I'm drying coons and I have a fan on them and the heat is about 65 seems like they are taking to long to dry how long is to long will they spoil or start to slip they are salted thanks all

have scraped (fleshed) them properly, they will be fine. If you have too much grease on them, it's a crap shoot, even with salt. You might want to scrape them again and then dry them.
