im new to this.i recieved my first mannikins from the supplier and one was broke.also a set of eyes were missing.i called them up and told them my problem.they said no problem they would ship me another.i got them today.the replacement was broke and they billed me again.its only 20.00 but i already paid once.should i just send a check and find a new supplier or just find a new hobby?

I take it you are talking about broken legs. Happens quite frequently. Those are the easiest ones to fix too; no need to ship it back. If you can't fix a broken leg you better learn quick or you won't go far in this business.
Ifyou do not say anything to the supplier, then they will never change the way they package anything. I myself think I should nothave to fix a form that should get to me in one piece. I wouldhave asked for a discount on the one shipped first and then fix it, butI always tell them so they can change there Packaging.
We as cunsumers should be able to get a quality product for our customers money.
