I tanned my cape and ordered my mannikin.......now how do i re-hydrate the cape to mount it. Says I need to re-hydrate in salt water. How much salt do I add to my water?

All you will need is a handful into a 5 gallon bucket. We also put a squirt of dish soap in there also.
What method did you use? How did you do it? Was it a paste or liquid? Need more info cause you may not need to rehydrate it.
SYN-OIL tan is what I used and it says that it needs to be rehydrated
