Ouch this is a tough one to fix depending on how bad things really are and if you use earliners or bondo.
The best method is to replace the ears which is probally unlikely.
To fix the repair is one that will never be a perfect one and all likely hood it will break again if it's played with or miss handled.
You can try and rehydrate the ears again so that the skin is pliable. From there I would and have done it this way on bobcat ears. I would inject epoxy into the back side first set the ear back to the way it's needs to be and let that side set. Next would be to do the front. Card the ear and let the skin dry. This is the best way to go for it but you need to be careful and take you time with it.

Try just carding them first

I've found sometimes you can re-card the ear for a couple of days and it will straighten out (depending on how badly damaged). An easy way is to cut a couple of ear-sized triangles per ear. Sandwich the ear between them, and hold them tight with paper clips or small alligator clamps (I like those best...got mine from Radio Shack). If that doesn't work, Frank's ideas are good ones, also. Good luck!
