What do they mean when talking about turkey skin "Drumming?"

Its usually when the skin seperates away from the Mannikin or earliner.
Either that or its what a turkey does when in full strut,courting a Hen. I do it all the time! LOL
A good adhesive, a loose fit and good carding as well as a good fleshing job can aertainly prevent this.
