I have a latex-injected cat full of preservatives from my anatomy class. I kept the head, and would like to remove the flesh from the skull...because of the preservatives, i cant use beetles, so would boiling it be the best option? To degrease it, sould i use acetone? I would really appreciate any help anyone can offer.

Either boil it or soak it in bucket of water for several days until the flesh rots and comes off.
Boiling is quicker.
