what is a good method of preserving deer feet for a lamp,gunrack etc. do i skin, pickle, and tan like usual? thanks, bob m.

Yes, you would. Refer to WASCO's booklet #1 for skinning instructions. Remember the scent gland between the toes of the front feet. In the booklet it describes using Dry Preservative, but pickling & tanning is most likely a much better method.
