the skull plate is broken or split down the middle. how would i connect them back togather? all help will be appreciated.

What I like to do here is drill four holes about 1/8 or smaller. Two holes in each piece. I try to make sure that there drilled in the same line. Now I will take some wire and place it through both plates and join them together by tightning them from underneath. Once tightened I will mix up a batch of bondo and resin mix with some fiberglass matt or chop and lay this in the brain cavity. This should fix up your problem.
