A friend of mine is going to south Texas in a couple of weeks to go shark fishing. What is the best way to get them home without them starting to stink or rot? We live in southwest Missouri. Should he try to keep them on ice and as cold as possible or would it be better to totally cover them in salt? Thanks for any advise. By the way he will be driving so weight and airline stuff will not be a problem.
