Never was an NTA Hall of Fame. Its proper name is the National Taxidermists Hall of Fame and as far as I know, there is no permanent site for it currently. That's a completely commercial venture whose name is a registered trademark of a private entity.
Well I saw that museum many moons ago they told me at poast taxidermy that a millionaire needed a place to put all his stuff that he'd taken over the years,so they put all his trophies in there and just called it the N.T.A. hall of fame museum...My question is it still there?
Never was, isn't today, won't likely be tomorrow. There are no "millions of dollars" and it DOESN'T NOW NOR EVER DID belong to the National Taxidermists Association. Whatever you HEARD was wrong! (With all the money I get paid for sitting on the NTA board, do you think I'd lie to you? LMAO)
I saw the National Taxidermist museum hall of fame didn't I didn't anyone see it?...come on you fellows if ya saw it post it here.
you saw the N.T. hall of fame. You did not see the N.T.A. hall of fame. Sparrow, what city and state did you see it in?
die hard, don't they George? LOL

Is was and always will be. Nothing more than a traveling road show Owned By a private individual, Or corporation. Devised to elicit funds from those who view it. there are many interesting mounts displayed, but the only thing famous about it is George Washington's picture that it nets. where it is now, if it still exists is anyone's guess
stored in a warehouse near Pittsburg, I thought the building was loaned by Rod Connolly's father at the time. I know I donated a mount but never heard anything further about it.
Well thats what I must have saw then while in Penn.I was at Poast taxidermy and that is what they showed me 20 yrs. ago.It was even advertized in the american taxidermist magazine at that time encouraging people to go see it?
The National Taxidermist Hall of Fame was a project that was started a long time ago but got bogged down. There are some mounts somewhere in storage without any place to go. The idea was started with good intentions but funding and management issues were obviously never resolved or the "stuff" would already have a home. Although some of the Hall of Famers are NTA members it is otherwise not affiliated with the NTA.
