I was wondering if any one has a form that they have cusotmers fill out or sign, that states something about if they don't pick up thier mount after x days it be comes property of the taxidermy studio? Any suggestions you have would be great. I tried the search and din't find anything under this subject. Thanks
PS---- also do you use any discloure forms about you cape maybe bad and we may have to use a diffrent cape ect.......

You should run that contract by your attorney or at least your town's official to see if it is legal in your neck of the woods. Legalese, they say!
Falls Lake's Form Is a good one. But I also have added that the customer warrants that the game left at the shop was legally taken according to state laws. and that in the event of disputes over legality of said game. The customer will be held responsible for any expenses incurred by the taxidermist resulting from such disputes.
It further states that Forfeiting a mount by not retrieving it within the stated period. Does not relieve the customer of the fanatical responsibility of the unpaid portion of the bill.
