I am planning on mounting a pheasant chick or chcks. I have the proper paper work from the DNR already. What should I use for the eyes. Thanks in advance

Why do you need 'proper paperwork from the DNR'...or any paperwork sat all?...to mount Pheasant Chicks?...none is required. Pheasants aren't migratory waterfowl birds.
As for the eyes...check the Van Dyke catalog.

The chicks have dark brown eyes the same as most songbirds. Measure them and order the size you need. A lot of suppliers don't carry small eyes, but Van Dyke's and Tohikon will have them.
