To sell mounted animals (other than migratory birds) that have been harvested legally during a hunting season. ie_ I shoot a squirrel and mount it then try to sell it on ebay. Is this legal. Thanks in advance for any answers.

....On which state you live in. The laws in each state are different and you will have to find that out by contacting your state game and fish department. If you had specified the state, someone here might have been able to give you an idea.

BP......I'm from the great state of Michigan. Old Fart hit the nail on the head. To my knowlege,many items you talk about are fine to sell.....other than Bear parts, wild Migratory Birds and certain species that are protected. but just to be on the safe side,I would do exactly what Old Fart said. call Lansing and find out the specifics be be sure and dont just take my word for it.
