You noticed that too, even with the sale being overseas I would think it being sold thru a US site that CITES laws could be enforced. That EBAY would do the right thing.
Just like one of us selling a bear or cougar, if its legal and not actually traveling thru California we should be able to sell or by.
......enforce U.S. laws in other countries, and neither does the USF&WS. Ebay can, however, be cited by the state of California for taking part in a sale that they deem illegal. You CAN sell bear and cougar(if your state allows it) but not through Ebay. AIN'T BUREAOCRACY GREAT!
