I posted a reply to a message a couple of days ago and Dave B pretty much beat me up over it and didn't explain why, other than saying something about supersizing and McDonalds. I don't really have a opinion one way or another please explain why you don't want to get into it on here. When Bob and Dan came to my shop they were very professional and gave me good advice, as well as some forms and eyes they wanted me to try. I'm sorry if they aren't with Van Dykes anymore and would like to know why, with their departure are things going to get better? I was extremely happy with the way things were. Last year I guess if I had to put a number on it I would have to say I spent over 15,000.00 with them as my main supplier and the customer service was and is great. What's up? ......Van Dyke's is still a wonderful company and Customer service is 2nd to none. They will still try to serve you the best they can.

I talked to him on the phone the other day and he's doing great. He's still the "Happy go Lucky" guy he's always been! Dan's going places in the world! He'll always be the "Grasshopper" to many of us! LOL

Bob and Dan were a couple of my favorite people at the shows.. I always enjoyed stopping by the booth and talking with them. That is just a shame! If anyone can tell me *anything* about what happened, I would very much like to know...
