flehming deer mount

I gots a q? I;ve done quit a few shoulder mounts but never have done a flehmin style mount and want to try it. What my q? is .if i order a form that already has the flehmin pose. would i still ned to remove the nose and lower lip? or is this only required if i would get a standard upright closed mouth pose?

If your going to alter the for your self. Start with a semi sneak and go from there. Upright, will not look good.


A form is not enough...

to produce a flehmen pose. You need to have the upper palate and partial lower jaw showing with tongue, along with a rolled back nose. Best to get a flehmen kit which replaces the nose and lower jaw half. A sneak to a semi sneak with head up best expresses a flehmen deer.

flehmen assembly from MacKenzie's, it'll do the job without too much hassle.
