any idea of mouth interior color and conformation of a alpine chamois?

Use the Pronghorn as a guide and you will be in the ballpark. Having mounted several and shot three while living in Germany, I found they are close enough to the Amrican Pronghorn in coloartion noone will ever know.
I have never seen but one old nanny North American Mt.Goat and it too was like the Pronghorn.
