Let's see... Should I pay somebody to teach me via email? Or should I search the archives and post my questions here for free? That's a tough one... I do like getting email though. And, I can ask all my stupid questions privately so no one will see how ignorant I am... Or I could pick up a Breakthru manual and then post my questions here for free... I Do like getting email though! Decisions, decisions, decisions...
No question is stupid if you really don't know the answer.
But "kids these days" think that everything should be handed to them on a platter. And what happens is they're too lazy to figure out something for themselves that manytimes is right in front of their noses. That, or they don't take notes properly and ask the same question over and over again. Much of taxidermy is the ability to think on your feet. And I see this happening less and less these days in every field - not just taxidermy.
So, IMHO there are some stupid questions out there!
Actually, the more I think about it - Wheelman may have something here!
I mounted my first bird over 40 yrs. ago I know I could help a few folk If they are just learning by correspondance, but we would have to work out the details?
