Epo-Grip Bloodout/Degreaser can be used as strong as 1 to 10 dilution or as weak as 1 to 40 dilution. I use the splash method myself. I splash some in the bucket and add water. BUT, to be exact, with a 1:10 solution, you use a little over a quart of Epo-Grip to your 4 gallons or a 1:40 would be little over a half pint of Epo-Grip to your four gallons. I guess it would be easier if I used fluid ounces, but I hope you get the idea.

So if I was degreasing

I usually do and then I RE-WASH it. Takes that stinking pig slop smell out of it.

Try this dilution for a starting point!

Try eight ounces to two gallons of water for a starting solution or about 28 to 1. This dilution will work on just about anything you want to degrease. Set a kitchen timer for a soak time of 15-20 minutes, then check on progress it should be complete.

Depending on the quality of your water you maybe able to use a weaker dilution. You will have to experiement on the dilution factor to adjust it to your personal needs. If you use a weaker dilution you may have to adjust the soak times a bit it will be somewhat slower.

You can be reused the solutions again, just filter it through cheese cloth.
