I,ve skinned my first fish for taxidermy. its a stripe bass the
measurements are 9 inches long from the gill to the tail an the
girth is 11 1/4 inches. i`m doing my mount from the tom sexton video a to z but i can`t fint a mount that size . please give me suggestions.

YOu could have molded the fish and made a filled the fish, it being that small. Now you are stuck with either carving a mannikin or altering one. Look at a body for a white bass, in that size range. If you dont find one, you will have to alter or carve one. Keep the real body for reference (Freeze it) when you carve or atler you can trace off the body on a piece of paper and place the skin on the paper trace and make reference marks for the beginning of each fin and the profile of the side (use a small soft copper wire) bend it around half of the body. Do this in 6 places. aNOw use your hands simply as an extension of your mind and carve the body to fit the references you have done.
