first time to try taxidermy

I,m new as it gets.I`ve never done any kind of taxidermy an i`m getting into it as a hoby. I have 2 questions
after i skin my first fish an put it in solution how long can i let it stay out drying. i want to skin several b-4 i go to the next step.
so i was wondering is there a time limit on mounting the skin?
also if a fish is frozen do i just let it thaw outb-4 i begin?
i have watched the Tom Sexton video A to Z Largemouth bass.an i,m
new to the site so any help appreciated. Thanks

When you skin a fish, simply put it in a bucket og water

I skin several fish at a time, I put them in a bucket of water with a goodly amount of Dawn. Wash them well then in the preservative.
