what all do you need to practice taxidermy in north dakota, i'm licensed and all, but is anything else necessary so i don't get in trouble again? Thanx in advance.

But every person in any state doing ducks and geese needs a federal permit to do waterfowl.
There is no taxidermy license required in ND, just a business license and sales tax paperwork.
I would check with the ND Game & Fish Dept. I think you need a license through them.
If you are planning to do taxidermy as a full or part time business, if you are doing it as a hobby and not for profit, you don't need a license. The cost is only 25.00/yr and the relatively low cost of the federal permit, you might as well be licensed and legal.
