what is the best product out their to set slipping hair on capes, and do you apply it to the skin side or spray it into the hair side

You can

stop slippgage by soaking the green skin in a warm aluminum sulfate solution, you must keep a ph below 3 ,this can set the hair,then you can tan it and mount it.
If it continues to slip after pickling then use the glad bag method above described,lol
