I was wondering who I should contact to register my buisness name and trademark, a lawyer I suppose? Any kind responses are appreciated.

Go right to the U.S. Patent office website and on their index - type in Trademarks. It will cost you $325.00/Trademark - but it does eliminate counterfieting of you or your products. If someone wants to use your names - they need your permission! Both our EZ-100 and Saftee Acid are now Trademarked.
