Any other beginners tired of scalpel cuts. I know my last ER trip for 5 stiches was $750. Thank God for insurance. A couple weeks ago I needed a couple more but I put them in myself.(ouch) I wised up after that little oops and did some web cruising. I didn't want to pay the $13 from a taxidermy supply so I found a industrial safety supplier that carries Kevlar gloves with rubber palms and inner fingers. They're really a quality glove that are slice proof AND puncture resistant. Thats not saying that they can't be punctured. They costs $6.25 and are available through PK Safety Supply. can't say it works when you completely shave off the tip of your finger and need a skin graft, wear gloves
