what is the difference in a cape tan and full-mount tan?

I may send some furs off to be tanned and was wondering what the difference in full-mount tan and a cape tan?

Full mount is the entire animal, lifesize mount;

Cape is from behind the shoulders to the tip of the nose as for a shoulder mount on the wall.
