after salt,saftey acid pickle,ect. then rub in tan,frige 6-12 hours than mount or freeze,say 12 hrs is 8 am monday,and you cant do it untill 5 pm is that to long and how long is to long to wait?

If you cannot mount the deer or mammal until 5 pm the hide will still be ok. Just keep it refridgerated. I don't think that I personally would allow more than three days to keep a hide refridgerated.
