just finished skinning my first grey fox (tired of squirrels, too tedious..lol) and OMG at the SMELL...do they ALWAYS smell this? I know yotes stink (I've skinned plenty of them years ago but not for taxi purposes) but I wasn't expecting the fox to stink to high heaven. Couldn't wait to get him in the Krowtann bucket! (Actually the hide wasn't too bad, but the carcass...ugh) BTW, he was frozen almost immediately post kill 2 weeks ago, thawed overnight, skinned today.
