I have been looking for the last week and cant seem to find any information on the web or this site about licensing in VA. I have called Mr House and left a message regarding this. Does anyone here know the steps required to get a license in the state of VA? I have several hides to ship to a tannery but most do not except from the general public and require a license number. I did find on the VDGIF sight a form to send if you plan to "stuff" game animals for sale or compition. I am just starting in the field and dont have the time to do all of them myself (they are for practice mainly)

That is what I had found. Thanks for the info. I wasnt sure if there was a license to do taxidermy and a license for doing it for profit if that makes sense. I love the state of VA but they dont make figuring out laws etc very easy. Ever tried to figure out the striper laws for the bay in MD and VA.... Again thans for the info.
