Is it possible to mount a pair of moose sheds? I know they sell kits for deer and elk sheds, but haven't seen anything for moose.

I have a customer who mounted a (I believe) 6 foot wide pair of sheds to a reproduction moose skull I made for him. Obtain a reproduction skull, your sheds and some metal to join the two. Drill into each antler as well as the repro skull then insert your metal. You can either use 2 sizes of box tube, one that slips into the other, or use some heavy threaded rod epoxied into place.
