After I wet tan cape w/Makenzies brush on tan do I have to refridge
the cape or freeze cape if I'm not doing the deer for 2 more weeks. Or can I just leave it in garage. Can bacteria cause it to slip if wet.

IF your going to do it this way and mount it later, I would freeze it(my personal way). If you let it hang to dry out, you should then let it dry totally which may take 5 days or so. During the drying process strecth the skin width wide to help maintain the neck width.
Never a good idea. Depending on where you live the humidity in the air can keep rehydrating the hide which can cause you problems. Good luck. Dan
