I've heard alot of you guys talk about using fishing line for sewing, what type and size do you suggest for squirrels ? Thanks.

I use fireline 8lb usually. On a squirrel you could use 6 or 8 lb. It's pretty fine. Should work ok.

I use the Fireline on all short haired heads and African game.
There are a lot of different fishing lines you can use, I personally like 8 pound test, plain jane fishing line .
If you go by Old Fart's post, you can use the same line on a multitude of animals.
If you go with just 8 Pound you may or may not be able to use it on larger game..
