Is there something from a hardware store that I can use in the place of regular Hide Pins ? Thanks.

You can use any pin you like. It is cheaper to buy in bulk from the supply houses but you can buy T-pins and others at craft stores too.

T-Pins are great due to the fact , you can insert & remove them alot easier than regular pins.
