I took my mesurements over the hair(hide)c,21"b,23". now the hide is at the tannery. Would i get a good mesurment once i get the cape back, i used a short y cut and did not open the cape all the way dont know if ill get a true c mesurement with out being flat behind the ears. Would it be safe to order a form c,20" and b,22"

The most important mesurement is "b" because that is the swell. You can lay the cape down flat when it comes back from the tannery on its side(inside out) and re-mesure 3 inches below ears doubleing the width on one side to get the mesurement.That will be the "b" mesurement. Then order the manniken.
