hi can anyone please help i have read the responses to turning rabbit ears some say you don't need to you can leave in the cartlidge and others say to remove it also when i tan it do i turn the whole thing inside out including the ears thank you

i recently just went through turning the rabbit ears and it was not easy. it would be great if i never had to do it again since it really did not work out
And left in the cartlidge.
Seemed easy enough.Personal choice i think.
I turned it all inside out for tanning also.
