i came across a caribou cape that is already tanned by Jonas brother's
and i don't know if Jonas even tanned skin's,but the skin is yellowish
but hair is in excellent shap, it even has the leather tanning tag's?
i aint ever seen the leather one's befor.
how ever my question is can this animale still be mounted/?

You'll have to try it to know. If it were me - I'd soak it for 30 minutes in a solution of water and 4 ozs. of salt/each gl. of water. Then remove it - place it in a plastic garbage bag - refrig it overnight - and prep it the next day. It should be relaxed and ready to mount. This is the safest method for relaxing capes that you dont know how they were tanned!
