WHy is there a million raccoon and squirell and deer forms but when you want to mount somthing like a rabbit or a coyote and such there is not much of a selection to pick from. Is it because their all usually the same ?

Supply and demand

Compare the number of deer people mount in year worldwide to the number of rabbits.

If there was more demand for rabbit form variety due to a sudden increase in rabbit mounts... variety would follow suit.

Now if there was more variety in forms, perhaps there would be more interest in doing rabbit mounts.

Such is the way of things...

Must _really_ like bobcats! I think her talent and interest makes those forms more available than simple supply and demand would indicate... there are probably more people mounting coyotes than bobcats.

I also suspect more than a few taxis lie b thru their teeth and tell customers that rabbits can't be mounted (just because they're such a pain to skin!)

..sans legs. I mean, truly, just how many poses can you have a cottontail rabbit IN? They're either running or sitting every time I see them. I guess you could have them playing tennis or something, but a very minor alteration on the Van Dyke form should put you right in the game.

I'd like to mount one on it's hind legs gnawing the bark off everything in sight-- they've been doing that a lot lately... modifying a runner might work... but it looks a little tricky to alter, and i don't the idea of fighting a thin skin with a from having relief cuts
Thanks for the idea...
