I got the recipe from the archives and made my pickle the way Bruce Rittel had on there and afterwards I couldn't see any difference between that cape and the one we did using pickling crystals.The only thing was when you stir it up you better hope you don't mind the smell! Man the knowledge in these archives is really Great!
