I have some of the cartilage earliner adhesive from McKenzie that is about a year old. It has separated. Can I just stir it up and use it? Not sure what kind of shelf life it would have.

Anytime something like that happens give it a try on scraps, then if it works great.
What happened to your adhesive and cause the problem maybe different than what happened to someone elses. The end result could be different.
