Are you talking about Lips?

If you are than it is what we do to the lip skin and eye skin to hold the face in place. We tuck the lips skin into the lip slot's that we cut into the manikin. We tuck the eye skin into the clay we build up arond the glass eye's to give the eye it's shape.

look back at the post some questions. Then look under eye tuck. They explained it well and it's the same for the lips.
