Tim borax and dry preservative are basicly the same thing.d.p.has a few other ingredients,some have moth ball chemicals in them.Either will work fine.
Yes you can use D.P. on a duck
you might want to use borax first
during the skinning process cause
nothing can beat borax for absorbing body juices
then when your skin Is fleshed and cleaned and just
prior to mounting rub the D.P Into the skin
