I have had my boar cape in the pickle now for about 5 days and I was wondering if i could leave it in the pickle for another 5 to 10 days as long as i keep the PH below 2. I have to go on vacation. Thanks in advance.

You can leave it in the pickle solution indefinately as long as the ph stays below 2. It really doesn't go up after the first few days once the acid stablizes the acidity in the cape. If your not comfortable leaving it, throw it in the freezer until you get back.
