If anybody knows a better way to heat up a beetle tank let me know. I am using a 40 watt light bulb and i was thinking about a heat pad. Any advice would be appreciated!

It id a peal off sticky botom heater that you afix to the bottom of the aquariam. Some come with little thermostats, others dont. Great for heating up aquariams and terrariums. Should work fine. Also try a full spectrum heat lamp from most pet stores. 100 watt willl heat a 50 gallon aquarium to 80 degrees!

Under Tank Heater - like used for heating herp tanks like Tom said... A lil tip for ya.. stick it to a piece of sheet metal or aluminum - then tape that under the tank. The stuff is REALLY sticky and once in place it is near impossible to remove should you wanna put it on another tank. By first putting it on a sheet of thin metal it still conducts heat but allows you to transfer it between tanks =)
