help with wire wheel

When using a wire wheel do you use the bottom of the wheel or the sides to remove the tissue, please be curtious I am a beginner. Thank you.

Email me and I can supply you with a lot of info on the wire wheel for fleshing, but you use the whole face of the wheel. it makes the skin more uniform in thickness
