How to get message on front page?

For some reason I can't put a message on just the Taxidermy Forum. The summit a new message does not come up. Why?

You just did it...

Pick a category, then click on submit new message. Every category has the same button to press and you just did it in the beginners category...

Your write up posts, but your browser does not refresh. If you click back into the catagory you posted in and do not see you post, click refresh in your browser & you should see your addition.
