Hi folks, I just aquired a large snapping turtle. It was fresh and I also gutted it out. I want to get all the meat out as well as preserve the shell. I left the belly plate intact and would like to keep it there. What is the best way to clean it completley and have the shell come out the way it should be? Thanks for any help
