Antelope - Missing skull cap

I was all set to work on my first antelope shoulder mount and realized that through some miscommunication the skull cap was thrown out with the trash. This is my own antelope. Fortunately I had removed the horns so I have those and the tanned cape. Does anyone have a recommendation for a material to use to recreate a skull cap for a shoulder form?
