plaster and mold release

Try a soft setting plaster and mold release. Pour in your bondo after the plaster is DRY and mold release is applied. Bust up and clean off plaster mold after bondo is set up. You may have to pour the inside of mouth first and make a bondo mouth cup. Then put that into the mold before your final head pour.

Go to www.TaxidermyReference.com Bill (cur) Gaither has an article on casting fishheads. It's an ezcellent article, and if you follow his instructions your casts come out great.
